Trail Map Ventures LLC is a real estate investment and development firm founded by Josh Fine, a seasoned developer of complex commercial real estate projects. 

We invest in outdoor hospitality properties in the western United States. Our goal is to develop four-season hospitality destinations in premier mountain and resort locations, providing opportunities for unique cabin stays and serviced camping. 

The firm leverages the expertise of Josh Fine, a 20-year veteran of commercial real estate development. Before founding Trail Map Ventures, Josh was the president of a multi-faceted real estate acquisitions and development firm in Denver, Colorado. Josh developed a 233-key high rise hotel, a 205-unit senior housing community, a 65,000 square-foot coworking space and office building, restaurants, retail properties and self storage facilities. He led diverse teams in both real estate development and across multiple operating businesses, including coworking, self storage, retail and property management. Josh's projects won multiple awards, including the Downtown Denver Award, the Historic Denver Community Preservation Award, and the Denver Mayor's Design Award, and several of his developments achieved LEED certification for leadership in environmental design. 

Josh earned his undergraduate and law degrees from Harvard University. He's active in the communities where he develops and has served on numerous civic boards and committees such as the Downtown Denver Partnership, Rose Community Foundation, the Denver Colfax Marathon, and others. He is a member of Young Presidents Organization.  

With Trail Map Ventures, Josh combines his deep well of experience in hospitality and creative placemaking with his passion for travel and his love of the American West.
